Roughs or Roughs Open Hole as it is also known is situated along the Nutbrook Canal towards Kirk Hallam. Similar to Privates in many ways, slightly smaller and very shallow in comparison. Roughs has an average depth of 8ft making it accessible to many different methods of fishing.
The committee has put a lot of work into Roughs pond since 2013 with old pegs being replaced, footpaths improved and vegetation being cut back. Roughs has been stocked over the past two years with over 1000lb of mixed fish making it our best stocked water.
Roughs has 24 pegs and is available for match bookings.
